Why Senior Dancercise?
This is an inclusive and friendly dance based exercise class. The class is aimed but by no way limited too, older adults (approximately 50 and up), those recovering from injury or less mobile for whatever reason.
Movements can be adapted so people can participate whilst sitting down for either part or all of the class, (seating is provided). This class is for those who love to move to a variety of music, the main focus is on enjoyment, there is no competition between participants- you do what you can.
Although don’t be fooled, you can still get your sparkle on (we don’t sweat, we sparkle) if you want to push yourself.
