The Benefits of Street Dance

It is an excellent form of exercise that boosts stamina, strength & flexibility. It can help unleash creativity since self-expression and improvisation are at the heart of this dance genre, often dancers can create their own style & moves. Routines can involve dynamic movements including jumps and spins. Street Dance develops muscle tone, improves heart health, balance and coordination skills.

Street Dance can create lifelong friendships connecting students in a fun, supportive and socially safe environment. We combine both Lil’ Beatz and NATD syllabi to bring a comprehensive approach, always ensuring all content is age appropriate.
